Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

Participants are not entitled to a refund of course fees after the commencement of the course. However, a deferment may be arranged by contacting Gold Cross Products and Services on (02) 6270 8950 prior to the completion of the Prep Case stage of the course (approximately seven days after commencement). A deferment is subject to availability in another course. Deferment is not available after a participant commences the Guided Case stage.
